Google Business adds a dedicated workspace to MarkHub for connecting authorized Google Business Profile accounts, selecting locations, synchronizing reviews, preparing replies, managing local posts and reviewing reputation activity.

Built for MarkHub workspaces
Workspace records are isolated by team. Commercial allowances are checked against the workspace owner's plan. Administrators can enable or disable Google Business for a workspace and assign separate member permissions for viewing, managing connections, syncing reviews, replying, creating posts, publishing and managing automatic replies.

Plan controls
App access, review synchronization, reply publishing, AI replies, automatic reply rules, Google posts and review analytics can be controlled through MarkHub plans. Connection and location limits are also available.

AI replies
AI-assisted replies use the provider configured in MarkHub AI Studio. Operators can review and edit suggestions before publishing. If manual AI generation is unavailable, a clearly identified local template suggestion can be prepared. Automatic AI publishing does not publish a fallback response when the AI provider fails.

Background processing
The module registers review synchronization and scheduled-post commands in Admin Crons. The server scheduler must be configured and running. Synchronization and publishing check the current workspace and plan allowances. Start automatic replies in draft mode and test the matching conditions before enabling direct publication.

Administrator setup
1. Install the MarkHub-compatible Google Business module.
2. Open Admin API Integrations and select Google Business Profile.
3. Enable the provider and enter your Google OAuth Client ID and Client Secret.
4. Add the exact callback URL displayed by your installation to Google Cloud.
5. Enable the applicable plan capabilities and assign team permissions.
6. Configure the server scheduler and, if needed, the MarkHub AI Studio provider.
7. Connect an authorized Google account, select locations and test the intended workflow.

Requirements
• A compatible MarkHub installation with Teams and Plans.
• A Google Cloud project with the required Google Business Profile API access.
• An authorized Google account managing the target locations.
• HTTPS for production OAuth callbacks.
• A working server scheduler for automatic synchronization and scheduled posts.
• Publicly accessible image URLs when publishing images.
• A configured AI provider for AI-assisted replies.

Scope and compatibility
This is the MarkHub edition. Packages made for StackPosts or LocalBoost AI must not be substituted for the MarkHub installer. Analytics in this module describe synchronized reviews; Google Search and Maps Performance API metrics are not included. Google controls API approval, quotas, eligibility and feature availability. A Google account connection does not guarantee access to every API operation.
