Purpose
Central overview for platform health, credits, WhatsApp reports, user activity, limits, and quick operational status.
When admin uses it
Use it daily to verify the SaaS platform, connected WhatsApp features, quotas, and active modules before handling support or billing issues.
Important fields/settings
- Date filter and dashboard period.
- Credit usage and remaining quotas.
- WhatsApp report cards, enabled features, current limits, top accounts, and recent activity.
Risks of changing it
- Dashboard numbers depend on cron, plan permissions, and report data; stale cron jobs can make data look incorrect.
- Changing report or plan logic without testing can confuse billing and user quota visibility.
Troubleshooting
- Run scheduled tasks and refresh the dashboard if totals look stale.
- Confirm the user plan and permissions when a feature count is missing.
- Check storage/logs/laravel.log if dashboard widgets fail to load.
