Purpose
Manage AI prompt templates and categories.
When admin uses it
Use it to provide reusable prompts for captions, replies, marketing content, and support workflows.
Important fields/settings
- Template name, category, prompt content, variables, status.
- Submenus: View All Templates, Manage Categories.
Risks of changing it
- Poor prompts can produce low-quality or unsafe output.
- Deleting templates can remove user workflow shortcuts.
Troubleshooting
Check template status, category, and provider configuration if AI tools do not show templates.
