Manage customer and admin accounts.
When admin uses it
Use it to create admins, reset users, assign plans, suspend accounts, or inspect user data.
Important fields/settings
Full name, username, email, role, plan, expiration, timezone, language, status, avatar.
Risks of changing it
- Weak passwords or wrong roles can compromise the platform.
- Changing plan or status affects user access immediately.
Troubleshooting
Check user role, status, plan expiration, and email uniqueness if login fails.
