  • Business QR SVG and preview QR routes.
  • Business locations list/create/edit.
  • Business customers, reviews, leads, and reports.

Business Setup Checklist

  1. Enter business name, category, website, phone, email, address, logo, and public contact information.
  2. Add one or more locations if the business has multiple branches.
  3. Confirm business branding before creating landing pages and QR campaigns.
  4. Create campaigns from the business workspace so reporting is grouped correctly.
  5. Review business reports after campaigns receive traffic.

Troubleshooting

  • If a campaign appears under the wrong business, check the selected business during creation.
  • If a public QR or page looks incomplete, check missing business profile fields.
  • If a location cannot be edited, confirm the user owns the business or has team permission.

Operational Notes

Use consistent naming for businesses, campaigns, templates, QR codes, automations, and CRM segments. Consistent naming makes reports easier to read and helps support teams diagnose issues quickly. When a feature depends on an addon, confirm the addon is installed, active, available in the current plan, and visible to the current workspace.
