Estimated reading: 3 minutes

Dashboard Purpose

The Dashboard is the daily starting point for the portal. It should summarize what is happening across businesses, campaigns, QR scans, leads, bookings, reviews, feedback, coupon claims, loyalty activity, automations, and plan usage.

What Users Should Check

  • Business setup and readiness.
  • Recent QR scans and landing page visits.
  • New leads, bookings, feedback submissions, coupon claims, and customer records.
  • Top campaigns and underperforming campaigns.
  • AI credits, plan limits, and billing state.
  • Recent automation activity and failed sends.

Recommended Daily Routine

  1. Open Dashboard after login.
  2. Check new activity first: leads, bookings, feedback, reviews, and automation failures.
  3. Open the relevant business or campaign detail for follow-up.
  4. Use Reports for deeper analysis when a metric changes unexpectedly.

  • Confirm plan and credit indicators are not blocking work.
  • Review new customer actions daily.
  • Check mobile layout because most QR and local campaign visitors use phones.

Troubleshooting

  • If metrics are empty, confirm campaigns have traffic.
  • If counts look wrong, check business filters.
  • If widgets fail, clear cache and review route/module status.
  • If activity is delayed, check queues and cron jobs.
  • If automation or AI does not run, check credits, provider settings, logs, and feature access.

Operational Notes

Use consistent naming for businesses, campaigns, templates, QR codes, automations, and CRM segments. Consistent naming makes reports easier to read and helps support teams diagnose issues quickly. When a feature depends on an addon, confirm the addon is installed, active, available in the current plan, and visible to the current workspace.
