QR Campaign Builder

The QR Campaign Builder creates static and dynamic QR codes. Dynamic campaigns are best for marketing because the destination can be changed after printing and scan analytics can be collected.

Core fields

  • Name: internal campaign label.
  • Type: content type such as Dynamic URL, Bio Links, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, Restaurant Menu, or File Upload.
  • Status: active campaigns redirect publicly; draft campaigns should be treated as internal.
  • Destination URL: fallback or direct URL for the campaign.
  • Short code: generated code for dynamic public URLs.
  • Foreground color: QR dark module color.
  • Background color: QR light/background color.
  • Pattern: square, rounded, dots, mosaic, sticker, outlined, or gradient rounded.
  • Logo URL: center logo or campaign image.
  • Error correction: low, medium, quartile, or high.
  • Output size: export size such as 512, 768, 1024, 1536, or 2048 px.

Design modes

  • Basic: clean QR design for reliable scanning.
  • Roundness: rounded/gradient styles for more branded visuals.
  • Mosaic: brand-aware dot styling for richer QR artwork.

Print guidance

  • Always test scan before printing.
  • Use high contrast colors.
  • Use high error correction when adding a logo.
  • Keep quiet space around the QR.
  • For large print batches, use dynamic QR campaigns so destinations can change later.
