Bulk Import
Bulk Import creates many Short URLs at once from pasted CSV data or an uploaded CSV file. It is designed for agencies, marketing teams, events, product catalogs, multi-location businesses, and any workflow where creating links one by one would be too slow.

- Upload a CSV file or paste CSV rows into the editor.
- Preview the mapped rows before import.
- Choose shared settings such as Brand domain, UTM preset, and Tracking pixels.
- Fix validation errors before creating links.
- Import the rows and review the created links.
Shared settings
- Brand domain: applied to every imported link unless the system supports row-level domains.
- UTM preset: applied to every destination so reports remain consistent.
- Tracking pixels: attached to imported links when supported by the plan and privacy requirements.
Validation rules
- Name and destination URL are required.
- Destination URLs must be valid URLs.
- Custom aliases must be unique, URL-safe, and not already used.
- Password is optional.
- Plan limits can restrict row count, total links, bulk import access, or analytics access.
Best practices
- Keep CSV headers exactly as expected.
- Use lowercase aliases with hyphens, such as
summer-event. - Import a small test file before importing a large campaign list.
- Click-test several created links after import.
