Links
Links is the main Short URL workspace. Users create one short link for each destination, campaign, channel, product, offer, or partner source they want to track separately.
Core fields
- Name: internal label shown inside the dashboard and reports. Use a clear name such as Spring Sale Email or Restaurant Menu Flyer.
- Destination URL: the final URL visitors reach after clicking the short link.
- Alias or custom code: optional readable code used in the public URL, for example
spring-sale. If left empty, the system can generate one automatically. - Password: optional protection for links that should only be opened by visitors who know the password.
- Brand domain: the default app domain or a verified custom domain used to build the public short URL.
- UTM preset: saved UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content values applied to the outgoing destination.
- Tracking pixels: supported external marketing pixels attached to the click flow.
- Status: active links redirect publicly; paused or archived links should not be used in live campaigns.
