CUSTOMER GUIDE

Connect social channels

Add one account at a time and verify the identity before using it.

  1. Open Channels and choose Add channel.
  2. Select the social network and sign in in the authorization window.
  3. Choose the exact Page, profile or account you want to use.
  4. Return to StackPosts and confirm the name, avatar and network.
  5. Open the profile, prepare a draft, and leave it enabled only after the check succeeds.

What to verify

  • Identity: the name and avatar match the intended account.
  • Status: the account is enabled and ready for allowed actions.
  • Permission: the social network grants the action you need.
Keep credentials private: support needs the channel name, time and visible error, never a password or secret key.

Quick check

  • The save or publish action completes without an error.
  • The visible status, preview, or connected account matches the change.
  • If the result differs, capture the exact message and review the troubleshooting guidance before retrying.
