CUSTOMER GUIDE

Troubleshooting by symptom

Start with what you can see, then verify one change at a time.

The channel is missing or shows the wrong name

Open Channels, check the network and account identity, then reconnect the exact Page or profile.

A scheduled post did not publish

Open Calendar and Failed, check the selected time and timezone, then read the social network error.

The Inbox does not show a new message

Confirm the message was sent to the connected account, refresh the conversation list, and check the account is enabled.

An automatic reply or comment response did not run

Check the rule is active, the trigger matches, the channel is enabled, and the rule is not waiting for review.

Analytics is empty

Choose an account with recent activity, widen the date range, and wait for data refresh.

Escalate with evidence: include the exact time, account, action, visible status and any ID shown on screen.

Quick check

  • The save or publish action completes without an error.
  • The visible status, preview, or connected account matches the change.
  • If the result differs, capture the exact message and review the troubleshooting guidance before retrying.
